Our Process:
In your initial consultation, we will discuss your goals for your appearance and propose a treatment plan to help you receive your desired results.
At your first appointment, we will walk you through how the treatments will work, and take pictures to begin documenting your transformation. We use a special digital documentation camera at several angles, to track the results of your treatments down to the exact centimeter.
The treatments are pain-free and hosted in our relaxing and quiet wellness center. You may experience a gentle warming or tingling sensation, but no discomfort. No downtime is required after appointments.

With over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Donna is proud to bring her radiology and ultrasound expertise into Ultrasound Renewal. After establishing Mobile Ultrasound Services and Once Upon A Baby 3D/4D/5D Imaging Studio, she was inspired to seek out other applications of ultrasound to help her community feel their best.
In conversations with many mothers-to-be through Once Upon A Baby, she frequently heard them express a desire for aesthetic services they could trust after the baby was born. Donna conducted a thorough search for a solution that would fit her studio and was thrilled to find CellSound Aesthetics. Their innovative use of non-focused ultrasound was a perfect complement to the other businesses.

Karena Siebert
Director of Ultrasound Services
Karena is a highly experienced Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer with over 25 years of experience, and she is thrilled to be part of the Ultrasound Renewal team. Her specialty is bringing the most innovative, non-focused Ultrasound technology to the Hudson Valley for Aesthetics.
Karena is confident in her ability to provide the best results for her clients, and her certification training in CellSound Aesthetics allows her to create a pleasurable and calming experience for clients while helping them look and feel their best in a state of wellness.
As the Radiology administrator of Ultrasound/Radiology Services, she has helped in expanding to grow the company into its sister companies, Once Upon A Baby and Ultrasound Renewal.
Karena holds a Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY New Paltz and continued her education specializing in Ultrasound, which has equipped her with the necessary skills to deliver exceptional service to her clients and patients.
Karena resides in the Hudson Valley with her husband, three kids, and two dogs. Her passion and goals are to provide patients and clients with the best possible experience and ensure they leave happy after every exam or treatment. She also has a love for decorative painting and enjoys creating and decorating to make things beautiful.
